The 35 m² holiday apartment ModernStyle is located on the 14th floor of the hotel tower. Here a unique stay with a view is guaranteed. Besides the modern furniture elements, the view is one of the highlights. The landmark and highest building of the city is 167 meters high and towers above the entire city of Augsburg.
The kitchen of the holiday apartment is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, olive oil and spices. We will be happy to provide you with a coffee machine and a selection of teas, which you are welcome to help yourself to. A small refrigerator offers you enough space to store your shopping. Make yourself at home and use the kitchen to cook freshly for you.
A large and comfortable box spring bed (1,80 x 2,00 m) provides for a restful sleep. No matter if you arrive alone or in company, you will sleep very well here. Even a journey with three guests is possible with us, the sofa bed (1.10 x 2.00 m) can easily be folded out to provide another sleeping possibility.
For an entertaining evening our TV (40 inch) with Apple Box sucks. Here you can access the usual TV programme or your apps and decide which series or film you want to watch.
Use the sitting area to work, eat or surf. Right in front of the large window, it’s especially inviting to let your gaze wander into the distance. Here you can enjoy the panoramic view and lean back and relax.
In the bathroom with shower and bathtub we have soap, fresh towels in a basket and a hairdryer ready for you. In a large mirror in the hallway you can dress up to go out or for appointments.
As mentioned at the beginning, the view is the highlight, the balcony of the holiday flat offers a gigantic view of the Fugger town. At the foot of the hotel tower is the Wittelsbacher Park, one of the largest green spaces in Augsburg, also a nice place in the middle of the city to forget the stress of everyday life.
